By booking the dog park Hemyock, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at anytime;

• Field users accept full responsibility for their dog(s) and any other persons welfare, safety and insurance. The land and business owners will not be held responsible or liable for any user or dog(s) while at The Dog Park Hemyock;

​​

• All vehicles parked on the premises are left entirely at the risk of the owner of the vehicle. We accept no responsibility for any damage or accidents on the property;

​

• We recommend that any users have their own public liability policy, this is sometimes covered by pet or home insurance - please check your policy for details;

​

• It is your responsibility to inspect the field and make sure that it is suitable for your dog(s) before use;

​

• The field, fences and gates are regularly checked and maintained; if you notice any holes or damage please let us know on 07789938043. We cannot be held responsible for any escape of your dog(s);

​

• The field was formerly farmland meaning that it may be uneven in places. Please watch your footing at all times and be aware of any stones and branches from surrounding hedges;

​

• This agreement of the use of The Dog Park Hemyock does not create any rights over the land and you accept that the landowner maintains control and possession of the field and communal areas at all times. The landowner reserves the rights to enter the facility at any time for any purpose;

​

• It is your responsibility as the dog owner to pick up and dispose of all dog waste, please use the bins that are provided on site to dispose of it. Please take any other waste away with you;

​

• Please arrive on time and be courteous to other customers. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive and leave in a prompt fashion to allow all users to make the most of their allocated time slots;

​

• We ask that any dogs entering the facility are treated for fleas, worms and are fully vaccinated;

​

• Please avoid bringing any dogs that are showing signs of illness;

​

• Please ensure that all children are supervised at all times. Children are not allowed to play on the fences gates and dog equipment, users are liable for any damages caused;

​

• Data privacy - any booking data we take will be kept for follow up purposes only by The Dog Park Hemyock. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties. Payment data is handled through WIX and is subject to their data privacy policy. Please be aware that CCTV is in operation;

​

• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings when we are aware that guests have not adhered to the above terms and conditions;

​

• Please see bookings page for availability and costs. Prices are subject to change at any point prior to receiving a booking confirmation;

​

• Dogs must be kept on a lead until they are within the fences of the main dog walking area;

​

• Please do not leave dogs unattended in vehicles at any time; and

​

• The Dog Park Hemyock is a no smoking area.
